World Sleep Day – Check Your Sleep Health
On World Sleep Day, ask yourself these five questions:
- Do you take more than 30 minutes to fall asleep most nights?
- Do you wake up frequently during the night?
- Do you feel tired even after 7–8 hours of sleep?
- Do stress or racing thoughts keep you awake?
- Do you rely on alcohol, scrolling, or medication to fall asleep?
